We conducted a major retrofitting of our decolorization process during 2018 to replace our failing Bone Char System with the CSI single pass HPA System. After 2019, commissioning period we have found the results from the CSI system to be comparable to our past results from Bone Char with regards to color removal, turbidity levels, ash removal and sugar quality.

We highly recommend Carbo Solutions International HPD S Type 20 product. We have used this HPD and had shown successful results. At least 21% extra color removal after carbonation station, removed the color impurities of filtered liquor for about 30%, and improving the sugar recovery in cake mud (reduced the losses in mud for about 50%). I strongly recommend CSI's product and services.
We successfully treat the run-off, therefore increase the refinery’s efficiency to more than 90% and make more refined grade sugar at reduce cost. In addition, a substantial improvement and many benefits were obtained by applying Carbo Solutions products.
